The Bungee Workout™ | Taking the World By Storm

The Bungee Workout™ is an innovative workout that is designed to help you defy gravity. In 2017, Tough Lotus was the first to bring this fun and cutting edge workout to the United States. Known as fitness enthusiasts,  our trainers take pride in providing an interactive and uplifting approach that keeps you motivated.

The bungee cord resistance provides a wonderful experience that is low impact on joints, as well as high intensity cardio. Once you try one of our three Bungee Workout™ classes you will be able to feel a difference and will want to add The Bungee Workout™ to your workout routine.

Basic Bungee

The required first class. An exciting full body workout. You are strapped into a personal harness, tied to a bungee cord and off you go to spring around the room.

Bungee Fit

All about cardio. For beginners to advanced and pushes your stamina, endurance, and overall strength. Basic Bungee is required before taking this class.

Advanced Bungee

Take things up a notch. For those who have taken Basic Bungee a minimum of 6 times and have mastered basic skills such as dive, 1 leg plank, and running series.

Registration is simple. You can utilize our online registration center or download our app for iPhone or Android. If you are new to Tough Lotus, please fill out our liability waiver and bring it to your first day of class.

Yes. Basic Bungee is required for all students regardless of fitness level or experience. We created a controlled environment to show you the basics of Bungee Workout. Basic Bungee allows you to be fully prepared for our other Bungee Workout classes. Your safety and the safety of others is very important, therefore Basic Bungee is required.

Yes we do have a weight limit and measurement limits. The weight limit for our facility is 250 lbs. Harnesses fit a variety of sizes with the max measurements of Waist 46″ Leg Loop: 26.3″. If you do not meet these requirements you will not be able to participate in class. The weight limit is determined by the structural engineering specifications, architects, insurance, and the City of Chandler.

Yes.  All Bungee Workout classes have an age requirement of 16 years of age.

Tennis shoes are required. Please wear comfortable workout clothes. We provide sweat shorts with extra padding around the harness.

You must not have any current injuries or recent surgeries. Participants in The Bungee Workout™ cannot be pregnant.

Although we would prefer 24 hours notice on all cancellations, we do understand that life happens. Please note that if you have not cancelled within 3 hours of your class, it will be deducted from your account. There are only 9 spots in each class, therefore it is important to not only book in advance, but cancel with as much notice as possible. We truly appreciate your consideration.
