Aerial Fitness is where yoga, the circus, gymnastics and suspension training collide. It is a fun and integrative approach to maximum fitness in minimal amounts of time.  Each class takes place in our aerial gym, which features a complete restorative and strength training hammock. In addition to the hammock, multi-level straps change the amount of support and the dynamics of many traditional exercises. By mastering your own specific gravity you are able to build core power and improve your strength, balance, flexibility, stability and endurance.

Yes with the exception of our Bungee Workout™ classes. We require that ALL students regardless of your fitness level or experience take our Introduction to Aerial Fitness Class for our Aerial Fitness related classes. We created this controlled environment to show you the basics and to ensure that you will be fully prepared for other Tough Lotus Classes. Your safety and the safety of others is very important, therefore Introduction to Aerial Fitness is required.

Tough Lotus offers a wide range of classes for various fitness levels. To view our current offerings and learn more about each class please visit Class Descriptions.
