Intro to Aerial
Learn everything that you need to know to feel comfortable and safe while participating in Tough Lotus Aerial Fitness classes. Intro to Aerial is mandatory to all NEW clients.
Dance the stress during each class. Each week a new piece is choreographed creating a beautiful and elegant dance. This class is great for learning how to pick up movements and transition with grace.
Utilizes traditional ballet techniques and incorporates the aerial hammock to provide your body with long, lean and strong muscles. Great for any fitness level and will increase your balance, posture and flexibility.
Intense interval training designed to get your heart pumping. Multiple stations are executed in interval-timed rounds to keep you moving and help you burn those extra calories.*Tennis Shoes Required
Increase your flexibility utilizing a hammock to guide your body. Push yourself at your own pace and watch yourself grow over time. This is an amazing class that is open to all.
Through deep breaths, we tone and strengthen, creating a calm environment to ease the stress of the day. This is a great low impact workout, inspired by yoga and designed to help you decompress.
A low impact class, great for individuals with previous injuries or those older in age who want to continue taking care of themselves. We work a variety of muscle groups and provide modifications to each exercise.
Become strong and toned with this amazing workout. We work everything from arms to legs and core, as the hammock provides the unique ability to work more than one muscle group at a time.
Get your heart rate up with Cardio Swing. This high impact workout offers nonstop movement and burns tons of calories. The hammock is used for stability and adds a fun twist to this intense workout. *Tennis Shoes Required
One-on-One time with an aerial trainer. Your one hour session is personally tailored to suit your fitness needs and ability. This is a great option for someone who needs that extra push.
